Club Yogi™ Rewards - Terms and Conditions

General

1. By participating in Club Yogi Rewards, each member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the program. These terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures are subject to modification and amendment at any time by Leisure Systems, Inc. Each member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the terms and conditions.
2. Leisure Systems, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify members who have violated any of the terms and conditions.
3. Leisure Systems, Inc. reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
4. The program will not be offered where prohibited by law.
5. To protect the privacy of members, member information will not be provided to any outside parties. Member information will only be used for internal purposes to improve on products and services.

6. Each member consents to the collection and use of his or her personal and other information and the disclosure of such information to agents of Leisure Systems, Inc. and Club Yogi Rewards for the purpose of operating the program, recording points earned and the delivery of rewards.

Eligibility

1. Club Yogi Rewards is a free program.
2. Members must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.
3. Members can enroll at jellystonerewards.com and must provide a valid e-mail address to join.
4. Qualified members will receive a program identification card with a unique member number, that will be required to earn and redeem Club Points.
5. Membership is restricted to individuals.
6. Businesses or associations are not eligible for membership.
7. Member accounts and all associated points will be forfeited after 24 months of no transactional activity with Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resorts.

Club Points

1. The program currency is Club Points, which represents the value earned by the respective member account.
2. Club Points have no fixed value, may not be redeemed for cash and are not transferable.
3. Membership and Club Points associated with membership are personal to each member and may not be transferred or assigned in any manner to any other individual, trust or estate.
4. Members earn 5 Club Points for every qualified dollar of spend with Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resorts. Qualified spend includes all stay spend or spend in the park that is able to be captured in the park Point of Sale system.
5. Members can begin to earn points on April 1, 2009 with a valid reservation and registration at a Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park.
6. Seasonal campers who join the program will not earn Club Points on their seasonal rate but are eligible to earn 5 Club Points for every dollar of park spend that is captured in the park’s Point of Sale system.
7. To earn Club Points members must provide their 10-digit membership number at the time of reservation or purchase.
8. Points will be awarded for all reservation payments and for qualified transactions that are captured in the park Point of Sale system.
9. Club Points will expire 24 months from the earn date if not redeemed for an award, subject to earlier expiration in the event of program terminations.
10. Taxes are excluded from earning points.

Awards

1. Club Points may be redeemed for eight levels of free night certificate awards or for select merchandise by logging onto jellystonerewards.com and selecting Redeem Club Points.  (merchandise options available summer 2010)
2. Award certificates are electronic and must be printed from the member’s computer.
3. Awards may be added, deleted or modified during the life of the program.
4. Awards are subject to availability.
5. Awards that are lost, stolen or destroyed will not be replaced.
6. Free night certificate awards expire 12 months from the data of issuance.
7. Upon redemption for an award Club Points will immediately be deducted from the member’s account. Points will not be credited back to an account if not used prior to expiration.
8. Award certificate must be redeemed by member and must be presented upon registration.
9. Free night awards will require double points for the following USA Holiday dates
   • Memorial Day weekend (Friday – Sunday)
   • July 4 (July 2 – July 5)
   • Labor Day (Friday – Sunday
10. Free night awards will require double points for the following Canada Holiday dates
    • Dominion Day or Civic Holiday
    • Victoria Day
    • Labour Day

Program Termination

1. Unless extended by Leisure Systems, Inc. Club Yogi Rewards will terminate effective March 31, 2012.
2. Leisure Systems, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
3. Point balances will be forfeited 6 months after program termination.
