If you received a temporary paper card at a Jellystone Park, simply complete the Member Registration form to activate your membership.

You will receive a permanent card in about 6 weeks. The points you earned using the temporary card will be added to your account.

To activate your temporary card:

• Enter the 9-digit temporary card number as shown on your card
• Enter the the 2-digit validation code.
• Click [Next>>] to proceed to the member profile form.

Be sure to complete all required fields and click [Next>>] when finished. Required fields are indicated with an *.

Note: in order to participate in Club Yogi Rewards you must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada and be at least 18 years of age.
